3rd Wine Tasting
what a great event! Thanks to John and Evelyn for a wonderful idea, a wonderful evening. Try the Rosa Regale Chamagne, 2005 for a new experience of champagne. Same for the Port: San Sebastian Port (Florida Dessert Wine).

Dang I hope this works. Following are Keith's comments from the November wine tasting:
Frascati: Light and airy (I can't read the rest - something to do about being "attacked with a free wheeling slew of" something)
Soave Classico: A bitter fruit that finishes stronger than it arrives.
Another Pinot: A bit feeble with a short reguvination before fading into welcome oblivion.
Barbero: A dry, dusty pallette teaser that tries to bully but leaves with a feeble tumble.
LeRime: A bold step sister who delivers only a passing kiss before retiring for the night.
Barbera D'Asti:Bold and hearty - it arrives a full body on a Saharian camel marching long into a distant sunset.
The last group I don't know what applies to what:
Like a hearty greeting on a cold winter morning, she grips the palette with a wrestler's embrace.
As the barker says "come on in gents - admission is free but you will pay with your soul"
Asks permission but refuses to let go - a tempting tart like the girls I knew in high school.
Tries to wear a miniskirt but lacks legs; a nun in disguise.
